Yumello Tahini can be stored in a cool, dry pantry for a silky smooth consistency or in the fridge for a more spreadable texture. Stir before use as the oils can naturally separate.

Game changer

This has changed my approach to hummus all together. I was a bit skeptical that this although healthier and pure may jeopardise the authentic hummus flavour. However, the taste is absolutely amazing and gives great results. One thing I noticed that I need to add less of Yumello tahini to the amount of chickpeas which means more savings on the longer term. Probably because there are no additives like other brands that forces you to add more to get the right flavour but you are also adding junk.
