DELIVERY AND RETURNS POLICY

Order Dispatch Update
Most orders are arriving between 3-5 working days. We are working to ensure orders are delivered on time and as quickly as possible. Couriers will update with any delays.
If you haven’t yet had an order dispatch confirmation and you placed your order more than a week ago, please pop us an email to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will look into it for you.
England, Wales, Scotland: We send all orders via Yodel (tracked service).
Orders over £25 qualify for free tracked delivery. Delivery is £4.95 for orders under £10. Delivery for orders over £10 is £3.75.
Northern Ireland: We send all orders via Yodel (tracked service). Delivery is £12.50. For orders over £30, delivery is £6.25.
Unfortunately due to Brexit and a change in regulation, we cannot deliver outside of the UK for the time being. We hope to be able to deliver to some European countries again in 2021. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.
Please make sure you enter the correct shipping address when you check out. If you have entered the wrong address pop as an email as quickly as you can to email@example.com and we will try and fix this for you. Unfortunately once an order has left our warehouse it is very hard to change the address, so please do try to double check before checking out.
Products can only be returned if there is a manufacturer defect and the items are unopened.
The item must be returned within 14 days of purchase.
To request a refund, please email us and state your reason for requesting a refund. We will confirm the return address by email.
