Yumello COVID-19 UPDATE

 

Hi,

We hope you’re all well and copying with the adjustments to everyday life.

We wanted to share an update about how we are managing the Covid-19 situation here at Yumello. As we’re sure you’ll agree, it’s of paramount importance that we keep our team and community safe, while ensuring we can maintain a reliable supply of products for you all. Our team has been working from home since mid March, and we're pleased to say we are successfully managing “business as usual”. We have set up sanitising stations throughout our warehouse, with regular hand cleaning breaks given to the team. Face masks are also available to all colleagues.

 

SHIPPING:

We are experiencing a higher than normal volume of orders and so we are experiencing some delays in dispatching orders. Plus our courier companies are in some cases (area dependent) taking longer than normal to deliver. Please note that this means your order may take a few days longer to reach you (current delivery time is 5-8 working days). We are working as fast as we can to get your order out to you. Deliveries no longer need to be signed for to avoid additional contact.
