Avocados are not only tasty, creamy, and a darn delight to have in a salad, but they also contain a huge amount of essential nutrients and health benefits. They're a great source of vitamins C, E, K and B6, as well as magnesium, potassium, folate, niacin, riboflavin and pantothenic acid.
Not sure what all that is and why you need it in your life? All you need to know is that avocados' high level of healthy, beneficial fats can benefit your heart and cardiovascular system and help protect you against heart disease and lower blood pressure. And with low sugar content, they are a great way to feel fuller for longer in between meals.
