Seems exploitative to force buyers to pay over the odds let alone awful customer service never replying to reviews, comments or questions. Offering this nut butter in the same larger & cheaper 1 kg pots you already supply other products in, with the benefit of regular promotional discounts in addition, could so easily be done at no extra cost to you.
